The Spec, program Manager will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance for exisiting and out of new international programs while achieving key business results ( i.e. orders, revenue recognition Operating income , free cash flow ) and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee all phases of program management, from concept to closure
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedule, budgets, staffing, and other plan elements
  • Manage programs to achieve program and business objectives
  • Monitor program execution, tracking progress against plans and take corrective actions to course correct as necessary
  • Manage risks and opportunities to ensure programs success
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Provide clear, concise program status updates to both management and customers
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Work with Sales , International customers and in country representatives to detrmine and identify needs requirements and new opportunities.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation to support new business opportunities.
  • Expreicne in trade compliance regulastions
  • 10-15 % Travel with in the FYEY region.

Basic Qualifcations:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant Program Management experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Program Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Program Management experience.

Preferred Additoinal SKills:

  • Experience coordinating and managing Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Surveys, Site Acceptance Tests, Transfer of Production/Technology projects, complex installations, complex sustainment programs.
  • Proficient or higher level with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • Direct customer interface experience desired
  • Experience managing international programs schedules and budgets is desired
  • Familiarity with reporting corporate financial metrics
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $79,000 - $146,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
