Schedule: Days, Monday – Friday

SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst will provide analysis and actionable consultative advice relative to ACM Global Laboratories financial results, operations, budgeting, capital needs, and reporting with the goal of improving overall financial performance and business processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the Development of complex financial models to support management decision-making
• Collects, synthesizes, and maintains relevant financial data from multiple data sources
• Analyzes and summarizes the division’s financial statements, expenses, and records. Develops recommendations for management decision-making.
• Analyzes market trends and assists in pricing strategy analysis
• Performs study budget reconciliations
• Participate in the month end financial close and reporting.
• Performs financial analysis including conducting research and identifying, designing and implementing applications and tools to fulfill reporting and analysis needs
• Performs monthly expense variance analysis
• Runs various scenarios through models and interprets financial impact. Measures financial results against budget and forecast.
• Assists in the development of the long-range financial plans and continuously analyzes operating financial results
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and analyzes actual and budgeted figures on an ongoing basis
• Develop PowerPoint slides for Monthly Operations Reviews and ad-hoc presentations to senior leadership, focused on budget and pricing data, including relevant graphs and trend analysis
• Works on additional projects as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or two years’ of prior relevant experience including collecting and analyzing data required

• Advanced excel skillset
• Experience with Great Plains software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Critical thinking and ability to problem-solve
• Strong attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $60,500.00 - $80,000.00
