SUMMARY
This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance of employee benefit and retirement programs, integrity of benefits-related data, and process optimization. Collaborates with Benefits department leaders, HRIS and various stakeholders to support benefits operations. Performs data analytics to support informed decision-making.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. PAY RANGE: $75,000.00 - $122,000.00
