Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and optimizing go-to-market strategies. This role focuses on generating business across the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecom, finance, and technology sectors. Ideal candidates are proactive sales professionals who excel in outbound sales and business development, with a proven ability to close new business and exceed aggressive sales targets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Develop relationships with key decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
  • Qualification & Sales Pipeline Management – Assess prospect needs, budget, and timelines to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • Closing & Revenue Growth – Drive deals from initial contact through contract execution, consistently hitting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Strategic Outreach – Craft and deliver compelling sales messaging to generate interest and drive conversions.
  • CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline progress, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Industry & Market Analysis – Stay informed on industry trends and emerging business opportunities to enhance outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in outsourced services sales and business growth.
  • Expertise in BPO sales and outsourced service solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing deals exceeding $200K and consistently meeting/exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-volume outreach experience (60+ dials per day).
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, Salesforce (SFDC), and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional presentation and multitasking skills.
  • Value-driven selling expertise.
  • CRM/Microsoft certifications are a plus.


Work Environment

  • Remote position with preference for candidates in Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Kentucky, Ohio, or Michigan.
