- Provide technical expertise on internal software portfolio to internal and external customers as required
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps that continuously enhance products and gain/protect market share
- Work with product manager on marketing materials, demonstrations and field tests
- Assist product manager on market and competitive analysis
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams, to include engineering, program management, sales, supply chain and manufacturing
- Support sales and programs teams in pursuit of new business
- Participate in software development/sales/program meetings as required
- Provide direct and indirect customer support as needed
- Installation and testing of internal software products to validate final releases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc) or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior military experience desired
- Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems
- Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative
- Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $47,500 - $88,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
