Salary Range: $52,000 - $104,000/yr.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and adjusting schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be experienced in using scheduling and ERP systems. Experience with SyteLine ERP is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and adjust detailed schedules for production, projects, or service workflows.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Monitor task progress and resource availability, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Update schedules in real-time and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Use scheduling tools and ERP systems to maintain accuracy and visibility across the supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to delays or resource constraints.
- Ensure all scheduling activities support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments.
- Working knowledge of SyteLine ERP is a strong bonus.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices.
