Job
- Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedules
- Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to input Master Schedule build plans, track material availability, status kit readiness, release shop orders, and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrity
- Update and maintain make items lead times within MRP system
- Manage floor stock of program components
- Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely manner
- Work with Materials Planners to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planning
- Provide hardware status, updates and performance statistics to program team based on status of hardware through Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related degree
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and/or experience in scheduling or supply chain planning preferred.
- Strong computer and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage large amounts of quantitative data
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office software; working knowledge of relational data bases.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) or other enterprise planning and scheduling suite
- Ability to actively listen to customer and plant issues, efficiently troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely and customer focused manner
- Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient organization, conflict management, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $45,000 - $84,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
