Candidates must have a clean driver's license. A min. 3 years experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.
Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.
High School Diploma or greater required.
