Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. Our client is a local leader in the Technology industry.
This position is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing projects that enhance the company’s footprint in the technologies industry. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.
This position reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve issues promptly
-
Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary
-
Interact with customers, understand their needs and applications, and resolve concerns
-
Facilitate regular communication and updates with team members
-
Conduct post project evaluations and implement improvements
Qualifications:
-
BS or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required
-
5+ years proven work experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment required

PMP certification preferred
Functional Skills:
-
Ability to analyze data for cost control and resource allocation required
-
Proficiency in project management tools
-
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies required
-
Excellent leadership and organizational skills to efficiently allocate time and maintain project schedules and budgets required

Demonstrated expertise in risk management and process improvement techniques
-
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
