Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. Our client is a local leader in the Technology industry.

This position is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing projects that enhance the company’s footprint in the technologies industry. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.

This position reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve issues promptly

  • Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary

  • Interact with customers, understand their needs and applications, and resolve concerns

  • Facilitate regular communication and updates with team members

  • Conduct post project evaluations and implement improvements

Qualifications:

  • BS or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required

  • 5+ years proven work experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment required

  • PMP certification preferred

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data for cost control and resource allocation required

  • Proficiency in project management tools

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies required

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to efficiently allocate time and maintain project schedules and budgets required

  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and process improvement techniques

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $150,000
