Beyond TalentEdge is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our client as a Warehouse Inventory Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in operations through maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, focusing on inventory consolidation, tracking, and organization to optimize space and enhance picking efficiency with opportunities to assist in various warehouse operations.

Daily Roles and Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Consolidate inventory to maximize space utilization and improve picking processes.

  • Monitor product movement to optimize placement for fast- and slow-moving items.

  • Track inbound shipments and prepare for their placement within the warehouse.

  • Count and control inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

  • Investigate misplaced inventory and resolve issues promptly.

Receiving & Processing:

  • Receive incoming goods, both physically and in the inventory management system.

  • Address discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or mislabeled items.

  • Break down shipments promptly to fulfill backorders efficiently.

General Warehouse Support:

  • Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed.

  • Label and prepare products for shipment.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload trucks.

  • Support kit building and product packaging tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Two to three years of related warehouse or inventory experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., InFlow) and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation)

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork

  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

  • Professionalism and strong customer relations abilities.

Pay: $18/hr
