L3Harris is seeking an Order Repair Manager to support our operations facility in Rochester, NY. This position offers a 9/80 work schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Process Repair Orders by determining Billing and Shipping information
  • Able to manage an average of 500 items in the repair process
  • Able to lead and/or build compliance import/export program
  • Interface with the customer via email, phone and in person
  • Coordinate repairs and activities with internal and external resources
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Perform estimating and payment collection activities
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with data driven performance metrics
  • Review imports/exports for compliance to ITAR, EAR, and customs regulations
  • Assist customers with international shipping
  • Work directly with freight forwarders as it relates to imports and exports
  • Apply for export licenses (DSP-5s, BIS licenses)
  • Experience with USML and 600 series items
  • Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • Familiar with Harris products
  • Good communication skills, both writing and speaking
  • Experience with Import/Export documentation and processes
  • Experience with International Shipping
  • Customer Service experience
