What You’ll Do
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead the HR function, aligning people strategies with business objectives while driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and excels at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Lead Strategic HR Initiatives
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance company culture.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational stability.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Drive Talent and Organizational Development
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, from recruitment to retention and career development.
- Implement training programs that enhance leadership skills, employee growth, and organizational performance.
- Develop and manage total rewards programs, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits.
Ensure Compliance and Employee Relations Excellence
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
- Implement fair and transparent HR policies that promote a positive and ethical work environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on HR best practices and workforce challenges.
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a growing organization.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR initiatives that drive business success.
- Executive Presence: Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Change Management: Experience in driving organizational transformation and workforce planning.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Expertise in fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive HR solutions.
- Culture Index or Predictive Index experience preferred.
- Exposure to working with Captives preferred.

Pay range: $130,000 - $160,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
