Rochester's newest premier indoor playground is looking for people who are happy, fun and energetic; who would love to work in kid friendly environment and can provide a clean safe place for children. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Paid training and first 90 days (probation period) is $16/hr and then $18/hr after 90 days
Shifts are 8 hours - 8:45am - 5:15pm with 30 min lunch break and two 15 minute breaks. 3-4 days a week
Duties:
- Greet & Interact with parents and guardians to address questions or concerns
- Check families into computer system
- Ensure that all children and adults have signed a waiver and understand Play Rules
- Overseeing equipment cleanliness and toy organization
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensuring the safety of children and play rules at the indoor playground
- CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN
Qualifications:
A genuine love for working with families.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain patient and calm in a busy environment.
Physical fitness to actively perform daily tasks: involves, climbing, bending, lifting and working on uneven surfaces.
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must speak English
Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response is a PLUS
CPR and first aid certificate is a PLUS
Working experience with children is a PLUS
