Emerge is actively recruiting for an Operations Associate for our fantastic financial advisory client in Rochester, NY. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail. Our operations department is a hub for asset movement, account opening, and account transfer requests and the Operations Associate will develop and utilize an intimate knowledge of industry rules and regulations, as well as firm policies. This role demands a professional demeanor, particularly in client-facing interactions, where tact, courtesy, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years professional or administrative experience, industry experience is a plus.
- Series 7 and Series 66, or ability to complete within 18 months, required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
