Are you someone who is passionate about supporting others and improving their quality of life? If so, a position as a behavior coach might be for you!
Behavior coaches have a knack for helping others when they’re having strong emotions, and support challenging behavior using written support plans. The behavior coach is a person who works alongside other direct support staff to support people with disabilities. They are responsible for all duties that direct support staff complete. They also become familiar with the behavior supports people need, and help others to implement those plans.
