L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to lead our inventory control and shipping/receiving operations. In this role, you will manage over 350 DIPs per year and oversee a $22M DP stock, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to meet sales and distribution demands.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and refine operational procedures for inventory control and shipping/receiving.
- Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipments, meeting all sales and distribution requirements.
- Review all incoming submissions to ensure they meet our standards and guidelines.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to relevant parties and work closely with them to resolve these matters promptly.
- Oversee scheduling efforts, ensuring tasks are appropriately prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Submit budget-based requests as needed.
- Fill in on other roles throughout the department based on need, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to assist on multiple lines of effort simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $56,000 - $104,000. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $64,500- $120,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
