PROGRAM: ICF / IRA Services
POSITION: Associate Director
DAYS/HOURS: To Be Discussed at Interview
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the Director of Residential Services in providing day-to-day clinical and administrative supervision to residential homes as assigned. Responsible for the coordination of services and assuring records, services and homes are maintained in compliance with all Program, Agency standards and all applicable State and Federal regulations. Other responsibilities include providing staff education and training as requested, serves on program/agency committees as requested, and provides administrative coverage in the absence of the Director, if requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: May need to meet Federal and/or State requirements as a Qualified Intellectual
Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Requires a Bachelors Degree in a Human
Service field and four (4) years supervisory experience in providing services to
persons with intellectual disabilities. May be required to meet LAI's Vehicle
Operator Requirements. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
SALARY: Commensurate with Experience
