Hours Per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm


SUMMARY
The Data and Search Analyst is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing search capabilities, including the refinement and expansion of our AI-driven search engine (Coveo). This role will also focus on improving search visibility across search engines and digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional search experience for all users. Reporting to the Director of Digital Engagement, the Data and Search Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to drive search performance and data-driven insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the development, refinement, and optimization of the organization’s AI-driven search engine (Coveo) that supports our Digital Front Door / Website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure search engine functionality aligns with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Manage and enhance search visibility across search engines (e.g., Google, Bing), social media and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on search performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in visibility, relevance, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize search engine performance, including content structuring, metadata improvements, and leveraging AI-powered features.
  • Partner with other Digital Engagement team members to align website and digital platform content with search optimization strategies.
  • Ensure search engine compliance with accessibility, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging search technologies, trends, and best practices in AI-driven and traditional search engine optimization.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on search optimization and analytics tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in managing search technologies such as Coveo, Solr, Elasticsearch, or similar platforms and their integrations with other systems.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of URL query parameters, search tracking, and other monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and experience implementing strategies to improve search visibility and rankings.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Coveo Analytics, or Piwik Pro.
  • Familiarity and experience with HTML, CSS, JS, and web design principles as they pertain to search optimization and frameworks such as React and Angular.
  • Experience working with headless technologies, APIs and cloud platforms to enhance search experiences on digital platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
