Job Summary:
Greenlight Networks is building out our Small and Midsize Business and Multi-Tenant Environment-focused organization! Be an integral part of our company’s success as we continue to expand our commercial services. The MDU Coordinator is a key communicator—both proactive and reactive—with new and existing Business Development clientele. This role also serves internally with accountability for supporting pre-sales opportunities, including pre-qualification, documentation, and project record-keeping. The Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, reporting on, and shepherding projects through to completion. This role includes coordinating and leading cross-functional project meetings, maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and holding internal and external stakeholders accountable—all while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully supporting sales, customers, and/or engineering in telecom, IT, or construction account/project management settings. While primary areas of focus are outlined below, this role is ultimately accountable for supporting the overall success of the customer, department, and team.

Essential Functions:

Pre-Sale:

  • MDU/SMB Subject Matter Expert for inbound inquiries or escalations, expectation setting.
  • BDM Support/Opportunity Assessment.
  • Paperwork Preparation, including Right of Entry, Standard Order Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Easements with Exhibit A, Commercial/Trade Agreements.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, consistent and stored in the appropriate systems locations of record for access by all relevant Stakeholders.
  • Internal SLA management for Opportunity support turnaround times.

Post-Sale:

  • Customer expectation-setting, ongoing proactive/reactive status updates and communication with customers and teammates on status of opportunities and projects.
  • Engage with Field Engineers, Construction Coordinators and Business Development to have full understanding of each Construction and Order implementations, specifically for HOA, MDU, Commercial transactions.
  • Utilize project management software to manage project timeline and changes.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and update stakeholders as needed.
  • Pro-actively facilitate discussions to ensure accurate representation of project activities.
  • Provide and develop summary reporting on the standing of projects and deliverables.
  • Identify and propose process quality improvements from order entry through billing.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Customer Interface:

  • Customer liaison thorough onboarding completion (first invoice review, portal demos).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Engagement and results-driven mindset for results and forward progress in customer facing support role, preferably.
  • Understanding of internal pre/post-sales processes including knowledge of operational processes to deliver quality service.
  • Understanding of fiber internet service with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical customer base.
  • Bias for action with initiative, enthusiasm, tenacity, and intense customer focus to help grow the business by double digits.
  • Ability to lead by influence and work collaboratively across work groups to drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to handle escalated customer issues and manage through resolution to the benefit of the customer and the business.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with competing priorities with minimal direction.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including communication with all levels from front-line employees to senior level management and third-party associates.
  • Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Approximately 25% Travel required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum three years’ experience or four-year degree in related field preferred (business, marketing, finance, telecom, fiber network design or outside plant construction, project management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, is required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Compensation:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The hourly pay range for this position is $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
