Develops and executes integrated multi-channel marketing strategies and media campaigns that support and align with the Paychex brand while complementing other campaigns in market including brand, demand and lead gen and ABM initiatives. Will own advertising strategies for top- and mid-funnel marketing, including tactics like programmatic display, social and sponsored content collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and helping measure and track performance to optimize results. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing marketing spend at the top and middle of the funnel with a strong emphasis on advertising programs for demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) to acquire leads that drive highly qualified marketing-sourced pipeline. You'll standout with the skills to communicate your campaign strategies and recommendations to peers and senior leadership.
